Every Crevery product is a digital file. No physical item or shipping is included.

Getting your purchase

Once payment is confirmed, a protected ZIP download is available on the order confirmation page. The download email is sent to the email address supplied by PayPal for your purchase. Check that address before paying and check your spam folder if the message is missing.

Opening and keeping your files

Download links are valid for 72 hours after payment confirmation. Download and save your ZIP, then extract it to open the PDFs or Excel files. Read the product page for formats, sizes, software requirements and what is included. PDFs are not editable or fillable unless expressly described that way.

Need help?

If the email is missing, a link has expired, or a file will not open, contact info@crevery.com with your order number and purchase email. We will verify the purchase and help restore access. Never send card details or passwords. An expired link does not cancel your product licence.
