Information used to fulfil orders

We process the product purchased, order and payment identifiers, amount and currency, payment status, purchase email supplied by PayPal, timestamps, policy acceptance, and delivery status. A necessary browser cookie connects checkout to your browser. Download links contain a signed order reference; keep them private.

Crevery does not collect or store your full card number, card security code, or PayPal password. PayPal handles payment information under its own privacy notice. Emails you send to our support address may contain additional information you choose to provide.

Why and with whom

We use this information to process purchases, supply files, send transactional emails, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. PayPal processes payments; Resend delivers transactional emails; our Sites hosting and Cloudflare storage support the website and private files; GoDaddy provides our contact mailbox. These services may process data outside your country under their own terms and privacy safeguards. We do not add purchasers to marketing lists through checkout or sell purchase information.

Retention and requests

We retain order and delivery records for fulfilment, support, disputes, and applicable legal or accounting requirements, then delete or minimise them when no longer needed. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask about retention. Requests may require proportionate verification of ownership; legal retention requirements may limit deletion.

Children and cookies

Adults should make purchases for children. Do not submit children’s personal information at checkout. Our checkout uses a necessary session cookie lasting up to seven days. Our hosting, sign-in and payment providers may use their own cookies. No advertising or optional analytics tools are added by Crevery to this storefront.
