Refunds & cancellations

Policy version 2026-09-22

All digital sales are final once payment is completed and the digital product is made available. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after fulfilment. Please review the preview, description, file format, compatibility and bundle contents before paying.

Before payment

You may leave checkout before authorising payment. This is not a cancellation of a completed purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Problems with an order

For duplicate charges, missing delivery, damaged or inaccessible files, or a product materially different from its description, email info@crevery.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide access, a corrected file, or another remedy as appropriate, including a refund where required by applicable law.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights, legally required cancellation or refund rights, or rights available through your payment provider. Any exception required by applicable law takes precedence over our final-sale policy.
